Rent to Own

Our Rent to Own program is our most popular form of getting a building.
We only require your first month's rent on most sizes $14,999 and under.

Exceptions-

• 14 wide buildings are $500 down + first month rent.
• 16 wide buildings are $750 down + first month rent.
• On buildings over $15,000, it is 15% of the total price down.

-No Credit Check is required for our Rent to Own customers and early pay-off is available.
Everyone 18+ is approved and the process is very simple.
We offer 36, 48 and 60 month terms
On buildings over $15,000 we only offer a 60 month term.
