(Q) What sizes are there and can you Custom Build one?

(A) We offer so many sizes, and yes we can customize build a special size or style to fit your needs!

(Q) Is it built on my property or delivered? What if it can't fit through my gate?

(A) We can build on/site (your property) if needed. However, there is typically a Build on/site fee.
Delivery is included in the price up to 50 miles from our shop.

(Q) is delivery free?

(A) Our prices include free delivery to the Central Texas Area! Up to 50 miles from our shop.

(Q) Where are you located?

(Q) Is leveling included in my purchase, Or how is the building set and do I need blocks?

(A) Yes it is, with blocks anyways. We will provide you with a Block Chart that shows exactly how many blocks you will need and what kind. They can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot!
We do not offer Gravel pads, Concrete Pads, or any of that sort. if you choose ta have your ground leveled, that would need to be done prior to delivery.

(Q) What is the siding material used?

(A) Most of our products are through LP. However, the specific siding we use for our wood building is LP Smart Panel Siding. It is an engineered wood and has proven durability to resist harsh weather.
It has a cedar grain texture for enhanced beauty and SmartGuard ® treatment for protection against rot and termites.
